    Cavanaugh Remodel

    Great project up in Rockwood subdivision.  Chip and Kate embraced our team with open arms and worked closely with us in providing the vision they were wanting. Layout in this older home was very manageable and nothing was changed in that regard. One of my favorite kitchens with DuraSupreme cabinets and top of the line appliances. All flooring, bathrooms, and drywall finish was updated. Trim at windows and doors was replaced with a beautiful stained clear pine to match existing doors. Master bath was not on original scope of work, but they loved what we did so much they had us back to update. Came out beautiful with new steam shower and soaking tub.

  • Edgemont Ranch Highlands custom home build durango

    Edgemont Ranch Highlands

    Custom home up in Edgemont Ranch Highlands.  Great corner lot with lots of outdoor living space.  Super entertaining open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen. Added bonus room above the garage for extra storage or game room. Primary bedroom flowed nicely into the bath area that was complemented by a big open shower and huge closet space.  Loved the build out on this home from start to finish, came out very nice with all the finer details we take pride in.

    Kendall Remodel

    Bathroom and Bedroom update that made the home sparkle. Re configuring the second primary bath to more open standards really made a huge difference. The tile Sharon chose for all three baths was unique and classy altogether. Awesome experience working with these clients updating a home they have had for many years.

    Peress Addition

    The Peress compound is one of a kind! Consisting of a new 2,400 square foot barn with customized gym space. Main house has updated windows, flooring, and steam shower. The huge kicker on this project is the custom timber framed sun room off the main house. Concrete floors have in floor heat to stay comfortable in the winter months as well as a built in sauna. The roof consists of glass and a sky poly product to give it that supreme open feeling. The Lumon kit consisting of doors and windows really open up to the surrounding views that really bring the mountains as if they are sitting in your lap. The glass, stamped concrete, and final finishes came out spectacular.

    Taylor Remodel

    Our personal home is a pride of joy like all our projects. Sarah and I moved into this home when we first relocated to Durango. After renting for many years we were excited to purchase and renovate it into our dream home. With a new primary bed and bath addition, updated bathrooms, and open living space including a new kitchen, we are ecstatic with our renovation. Newly covered deck for entertaining is our favorite hang out spot. We love our neighbors and our community.

    Wheeler-Witchel Remodel

    Hit it off with Jessica from the moment we met. Both sharing a love for the Wolf Creek Ski Area made this relationship an easy one from the start. Big renovation that involved the entire house.  From the Marvin multi slide door opening the living area to the exterior patio to the complete re design of the custom kitchen. This project just keeps on giving. Custom concrete countertops by our friends at CounterKulture and customs fridge panels, pantry doors by La Puerta in Santa Fe. All new flooring, custom showers throughout and an indoor sauna. The beauty of this house never ends and is absolutely stunning.
